Booking policy

Appointments are available 24/7 via our online booking system which can be accessed by clicking the 'Book Now' button on the website or social media profiles.

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee demonstrates mutual respect for the time reserved and is deducted from your toatal cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

To secure preferred times and avoid disappointment, clients are encouraged to pre-book regular recurring appointments. Please contact Kat if you would like assistance setting these up.

Cancellation, Rescheduling and No-Show Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

When an appointment is confirmed, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations, rescheduling, or failure to attend creates gaps in our schedule that cannot always be filled.

Failure to attend your appointment without notice is considered a no-show.

No-shows:

• Forfeit their booking fee
   
• May be required to prepay future appointments in full
   
• May be unable to book future appointments with the salon
   

As a boutique studio, we are not a high-volume salon. Missed appointments directly impact our ability to operate and serve our clients at the standard we uphold.

If you need to amend your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please notify the salon as soon as possible.

Infill policy

Regular infills are essential to maintain lash health and consistent results. RawElementsBeauty offer 2-3 week infills. Infills must be booked in advance or scheduled as recurring appointments to avoid disappointment. 

A minimum of 40% lash retention must be remaining to book an infill; anything less will require a full set.

Foreign fills

RawElementsBeauty offers foreign fills by assessment only. If existing work is not suitable to be filled over, a removal and full set will be recommended to ensure quality, safety, and long-term lash health.

Appointment Preparation and Arrival

Please arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment time. 

Clients must arrive with a clean,  makeup-free face.  Makeup wipes for removal; however, if significant makeup removal is required or you arrive late, your appointment time maybe shortened to avoid impacting the next scheduled client.
