Booking policy

Bookings are open 24/7 via the online booking system which can be accessed by clicking the 'Book Now' button on the website or social media profiles.

RawElementsBeauty requires a  non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment time. This ensures a mutual respect is held for the appointment time. The booking fee amount is simply deducted from the total cost of your booking.

Kat encourages all clients to book regular recurring appointments in advance to secure the most suitable time and avoid disappointment.  If you wish to set up recurring appointments, please let Kat know and these can be scheduled in for you.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, at least 24 hours notice is required.  Failure to do so will result in a fee. 

When you appointment is confirmed , time is reserved for you and in the event of cancellations or rescheduling, there are then gaps in teh schedule that cannot always be filled without adequate notice.

From time to time, there are matters that are beyond our control, however if you need to amend your appointment, you need to notify the salon as soon as possible.

Infill policy

Regular infills are recommended to promote lash health and provide for fresh, full lashes. RawElementsBeauty only offer 2-3 week infills. Please ensure infills are booked in advance (or recurring) to avoid disappointment. A minimum of 40% lashes must be remaining to book an infill; anything less will require a full set.

Foreign fills

RawElementsBeauty offers foreign fills. However, we must first assess the work to be sure it can work over it. If unable to work over existing work, it will be recommended a removal and full set.

Please arrive 10 mins before your appointment time and to have a cheeky beverage from the bar fridge.

Please come with a clean make up free face but there are make up wipes for removal. Unfortunately if If we need to vigorously clean off make up or you are late to your appointment our time may be shortened as not to interfere with the next scheduled client.
